Privacy Policy

A practical explanation of the information involved when you browse Agenticert, use Flow, or contact us.

At a glance

Flow maps stay in your browser in the current workspace. The contact form prepares an email draft; it does not submit your inquiry. Hosting and font services still receive information needed to deliver the website.

This overview is a guide. The full policy below applies.

01Who is responsible and what this covers

Agenticert (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for personal information we handle to operate this website and respond to communications. For questions or privacy requests, contact get-support@agenticert.com. This policy covers the Agenticert website, demonstrations, and current browser-local Flow workspace.

It does not describe the practices of fictional companies shown in examples or of third-party services you choose to visit. A sample diagram’s retention periods, providers, safeguards, or processing locations describe that example, not Agenticert’s own infrastructure. Separate hosted, contractual, or future services may require additional privacy information before you use them.

02Information involved in using the Service

Information and how it is handled
CategoryWhat happens
Contact inquiriesIf you send an email, we receive your address and the message, attachments, name, company, and other information you choose to include.
Flow mapsMap names, descriptions, components, connections, and details are stored locally by the workspace. Imported JSON is read in the browser; exports are downloaded to your device. The current workspace has no map-upload or cloud-sync function.
Website requestsHosting and delivery services may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser or device headers, referrers, and diagnostic information to serve and secure the website.
Hosting accessIf the hosting platform requires sign-in or authorizes access, it handles the relevant authentication or session information under its own policies. Flow itself does not create a separate user account.

You are not required to contact us to browse accessible public content. To receive an email response, we need a working reply address and enough information to understand your request. Please avoid sending secrets, payment details, sensitive personal information, or information about others unless necessary and authorized.

03What the contact form does

Entering information in our contact form does not send it to Agenticert. Selecting “Prepare email” asks your device to open an email draft addressed to get-support@agenticert.com, containing the details you entered. You decide whether to send it from your email application. The website does not submit the inquiry to an Agenticert form database or store a copy of the form fields.

Your browser, device, or email provider may handle the draft according to its own settings and policies. If you send the message, we use the information to handle your inquiry and any resulting conversation.

04Why we use information

We use information we receive to respond to support, product, partnership, contribution, and product inquiries; communicate about a request you made; maintain appropriate business records; protect the Service; investigate misuse or technical issues; and meet legal obligations.

Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely, as applicable, on taking steps at your request or performing an agreement, our legitimate interests in running a secure service and responding to communications, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent when required. We do not treat an inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing. If optional marketing is introduced, we will provide the required choice and a way to unsubscribe.

The current site does not include advertising pixels or a behavioral analytics integration. We do not sell personal information or use locally stored flow content to train AI models. The workspace does not call the AI providers illustrated in a map.

05Local storage, cookies, and browser tools

Flow uses browser local storage, including the key agenticert.flow.v1, to retain your workspace across visits on the same browser and device. This is persistent local storage, not a server backup. Deleting a map removes it from the current workspace; clearing this site’s storage removes the locally saved workspace. Exported copies remain wherever you save or share them. Your browser or device backup and synchronization settings may also affect local copies.

We do not add advertising cookies or analytics tracking through the current application code. The hosting or authentication platform may use cookies or similar storage for access, security, and delivery. We do not control every storage mechanism used by your browser or those providers.

You can use browser settings to inspect, block, or clear site storage and cookies. Blocking local storage can prevent Flow from saving maps. Export any maps you want to keep first. The workspace does not read the clipboard unless you choose an available clipboard action or grant the relevant browser permission. If you use an external browser assistant, information it accesses is also subject to that assistant’s settings and policies.

06Service providers and disclosures

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its delivery infrastructure. Page delivery or access control may involve technical information described above. The website also requests the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to obtain the font files and stylesheet. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and Google Fonts’ privacy information for their handling of information.

If you email us, email and business-service providers process the message to deliver, store, and support our response. We may disclose information to professional advisers where necessary, to comply with a lawful requirement, or to protect legal rights and the security of the Service. If the business is reorganized or transferred, relevant records may be transferred with appropriate legal safeguards and any required notice. We do not publish your support correspondence as a transparency profile.

07Retention and international processing

Local flow data remains in your browser until you delete it, clear site storage, or your browser removes it. Agenticert cannot remotely retrieve or delete those local files or your exported backups. Support correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation and related business, security, or legal requirements; records should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Required legal holds may extend retention.

Technical logs and account or access records held by hosting, delivery, font, or email providers follow their own retention settings and policies. There is no single map-retention period for those unrelated records.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable protections can differ between countries. Where we are responsible for an international transfer subject to legal restrictions, we use the safeguards required by the law that applies to that transfer. Contact us to ask about handling relevant to your inquiry.

08Security and your choices

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and the current Service, but no website, email channel, device, or storage method is completely secure. Browser-local maps are accessible to people or software with appropriate access to your device or browser profile. Keep your device protected and avoid storing credentials or confidential production data in example maps.

You control whether to send an inquiry, which details to include, whether to export or share a map, and whether to permit browser tools to access the workspace. Do not send a complete map when a limited description will resolve your question. Report a suspected security or privacy issue to get-support@agenticert.com without including passwords or access tokens.

09Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to information we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some requests have legal exceptions, and these rights do not apply identically in every jurisdiction.

Email get-support@agenticert.com with your request and enough detail to identify the relevant communication. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limit on a request. For maps that exist only in your browser, use the workspace controls or browser settings; sending us an email does not give us access to those maps.

You may also complain to your local data-protection or privacy authority. Contacting us first is welcome but is not a condition of exercising that right.

10Children’s information

The Service is intended for people who have legal capacity to use it and for authorized professional or educational evaluation; it is not directed at young children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information through the contact form. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without appropriate authorization, contact get-support@agenticert.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11Policy changes and contact

We will update this policy when relevant features or handling practices change and revise the date above. If we introduce cloud storage, public publishing, analytics, payments, or new forms of personal-information processing, we will provide relevant information and any required choices before the new processing takes place. For material changes, we will provide an appropriate prominent notice or direct communication where required.

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact Agenticert at get-support@agenticert.com. You can also read our Terms of Service.
